Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to your information on wildanega.bisaprompt.com (the “site”), the personal portfolio of Wildan Ega Pradana (“I”, “me”). I keep data collection to what the site needs to work: answering your questions through Eclipse, booking discovery calls, and protecting the site from abuse.

1. Eclipse, the AI assistant

• What is processed: the messages you type and the recent conversation they belong to.
• Who processes it: your messages are sent to OpenAI’s API to generate Eclipse’s replies and to check them for misuse (moderation). OpenAI processes API data under its own API data usage policies and may keep it for a limited period for abuse monitoring.
• What I keep: nothing. Conversations are not saved to a database or log on this site, and requests are made with OpenAI’s storage option turned off. A conversation lives in your browser tab and is gone when you close or reload it.
• Please don’t share passwords, payment details, or other sensitive personal information in the chat. Eclipse never needs them.

2. Booking a discovery call

• What you provide: your name, email address, time zone, the time you choose, and optionally what you’d like to discuss.
• Why: to schedule the call, send you a calendar invitation, and prepare for the conversation.
• Where it goes: an event is created in my Google Calendar with you as a guest, and Google Calendar sends you the invitation and a Google Meet link. A booking record (the same details) is stored in the site’s database, hosted by Neon in Singapore.
• How long: booking records are deleted automatically 12 months after the call. The calendar event remains in my calendar like any other meeting.

3. Google user data

The site connects to Google Calendar using my own Google account only. It reads free/busy information to show available times and creates events for confirmed bookings. It does not access visitors’ Google accounts. The site’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. This data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to train AI models.

4. Security and abuse protection

• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that chat and booking requests come from a person. Cloudflare processes technical signals from your browser for this under its own privacy policy.
• Rate limiting: to stop abuse, the site counts requests per IP address in hourly windows. IP addresses are stored only as one-way keyed hashes, never in readable form, and expired counters are deleted.
• Hosting: the site is hosted by Hostinger, whose servers may keep standard access logs (such as IP address, time and requested page) for security and operations.

5. Cookies and local storage

The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is saved in your browser’s local storage. Cloudflare Turnstile may set what it needs to work.

6. Sharing

I don’t sell or rent personal data. It is shared only with the service providers named above, to the extent needed to run the site, or when required by law.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your booking information, or cancel a booked call, by contacting me on LinkedIn. Indonesian visitors have rights under Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection; visitors elsewhere may have similar rights under their local law. I’ll respond within a reasonable time.

8. Children

The site is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed at children.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
