Terms of Service

These terms apply to wildanega.bisaprompt.com (the “site”), the personal portfolio of Wildan Ega Pradana (“I”, “me”), including Eclipse, the site’s AI assistant, and discovery-call booking. By using the site you agree to them.

1. What the site is

The site describes my work in AI advertising and growth, lets you ask Eclipse questions, and lets you book a discovery call with me. Using the site or booking a call does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side. Any paid work is agreed separately, in writing.

2. Eclipse is an AI assistant

• Eclipse’s answers are generated by AI. They can be incomplete or wrong, and they are general information, not professional, legal, or financial advice.
• An assessment from Eclipse is an initial view based only on what you share. Detailed strategy and implementation are scoped with me directly.
• Nothing on the site, including anything Eclipse says, guarantees ad placement, AI citations or recommendations, rankings, traffic, revenue, or any other result. Availability of advertising products depends on each platform, market, and account.
• Eclipse has no access to your accounts, data, or systems.

3. Booking a call

• Please give accurate details. A booking is confirmed only when the site shows the confirmation and you receive a calendar invitation.
• If you can’t make it, contact me on LinkedIn or decline the invitation. I may reschedule or cancel a call if needed and will let you know.

4. Acceptable use

Please don’t:

• use the site or Eclipse for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive;
• try to bypass rate limits, bot checks, or other protections, or access the site with bots or scrapers beyond normal search-engine crawling;
• try to manipulate Eclipse into ignoring its instructions, revealing its configuration, or producing harmful content;
• make fake or bulk bookings, or submit someone else’s details without their permission.

I may block access or cancel bookings that break these rules.

5. Content and trademarks

The site’s text, design, illustrations, and logo belong to me unless noted otherwise. You may share links and short quotes with attribution. ChatGPT, Google, Gemini, TikTok, Meta, Shopee, and other names are trademarks of their owners; mentioning them does not imply affiliation or endorsement. Campaign experience described on the site is self-reported.

6. Third-party services

The site relies on services such as OpenAI, Google Calendar and Google Meet, Cloudflare, Neon, and Hostinger. Their own terms apply to your use of their services, for example when you join a Google Meet call.

7. No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content, including Eclipse’s answers. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.

8. Privacy

How your information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and governing law

I may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
